InsureICHRA ("we," "us," "our") is an independent editorial publication covering ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) news, research, and calculators. We are not an insurance carrier, broker, or ICHRA administrator. This policy explains what information we collect through insureichra.com, why, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you use the "Talk to a licensed agent" form or a similar contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit: full name, email address, phone number, state, and (optionally) whether you're an employer, employee, or broker.

We also collect standard analytics data automatically through Google Analytics (page views, approximate location, device/browser type, referring site) to understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment card details, or health information through this site. Our calculators run in your browser and the figures you enter into them are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

How we use your information

• To connect you, if you request it, with a vetted, independently licensed health insurance agent in your state.
• To respond to questions or corrections you send us.
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve our content and tools (via Google Analytics).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run affiliate links or display third-party advertising on this site.

How your information is shared

If you submit the agent-match form, your contact details are shared only with the licensed agent partner we connect you with, solely to facilitate that introduction. We do not sell or rent contact lists to third parties.

We use standard third-party service providers to operate the site (hosting, email delivery, Google Analytics). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data retention

We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the agent-match request and for basic recordkeeping, after which they may be deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your choices" below).

Your choices

• Access, correction, or deletion: email info@insureichra.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
• Analytics opt-out: use your browser's Do Not Track setting or a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Marketing: we do not send recurring marketing email from this form; you may still contact us to confirm no records are retained.

Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards (encrypted connections, spam-bot filtering on our forms) to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults researching health benefits and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
