What InsureICHRA is

InsureICHRA is an independent editorial publication about ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement). We publish research, news tracking, plain-English guides, and free calculators. We are not an insurance carrier, insurance agency, broker, or ICHRA administrator, and we do not sell insurance directly through this Site.

Not insurance, tax, or legal advice

Content on this Site — including articles, the CHOICE Act tracker, and all calculators — is for general informational purposes only. Calculator outputs are estimates based on the inputs you provide and publicly available thresholds (e.g., IRS affordability percentages); they are not a quote, a guarantee of eligibility, or tax or legal advice. Confirm any number you plan to rely on with a licensed insurance agent, benefits advisor, accountant, or attorney before making decisions.

Agent matching

If you submit the "Talk to a licensed agent" form, we will attempt to connect you with an independently licensed insurance agent partner in your state. InsureICHRA does not receive a commission on any policy sold as a result of that introduction, and you are under no obligation to purchase anything. Any insurance transaction you enter into is solely between you and the licensed agent/carrier — InsureICHRA is not a party to it and is not responsible for the advice given or products sold.

Accuracy and updates

We cite primary sources (IRS guidance, CMS filings, the Congressional Record, and similar) and update tracked items as legislation and regulations change. Despite that effort, laws and figures can change quickly and we cannot guarantee that every page reflects the very latest status at the moment you read it. If you find an error, please report it to editorial@insureichra.com.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit false contact information through our forms or attempt to abuse, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Site.
• Don't reproduce substantial portions of our articles or tools elsewhere without permission — brief quotation with attribution and a link back is welcome.
